Lifestyle modifications are essential. You can have the best medicine 💊💉in the world 🌎but if you’re doing the same things that trigger it or make it worse it won’t get better…
.
Here are a few lifestyle changes that can help:

1. Stop all caffeine ☕️☕️☕️if it’s a lot cut it in half stop next week…
.
2. Get 6-8 hours continuous sleep😴😴😴 at night. (See my sleep post why it’s important and why you need it at night and has to be continuous)…
.
3. Avoid stress…do things you enjoy, meditation, tai chi & yoga 🧘🏽♀️are great stress busters!…
.
4. Eat 🍒🍑🍉🍌3x a day. Low glucose makes it worse…
.
5. Keep 💧hydrated…don’t overdo it with water your sodium might go down try fluids with electrolytes like Gatorade…
.
6. Keep a food📕🍌🍉🍇🍓 diary see what days you eat certain food on the days you get headaches… common are hotdogs, wine🍷, cheese sometimes fish….
